Do It The Wright Way Concealed Handgun Training, a family owned and operated service, has been serving the San Antonio area and its surrounding communities since 2003.  It was started by the late Eddie Wright and the tradition is carried on through his family and close friends.

We are dedicated to the instruction and qualification of our students in obtaining their Texas Concealed Handgun permit.  Our staff’s vast experience in law enforcement and the TEXAS CONCEALED HANDGUN (Concealed Carry) Law make us the right place to meet the state requirements for your permit.

Dawn Wright is a retired Justice of the Peace for Kerr County, having served in that capacity for 15 years.  Prior to that she served for 9 years as a police officer for the Castle Hills and the Shavano Park Police Departments as well as the Bexar County Sherrif's Office.  She is a state certified CHL Classroom Instructor.

Dawna Larson is also a state certified CHL Classroom Instructor and has been teaching with her family as a part of the Do It The Wright Way team since 2003.

Stu Sturdevant, the Range Safety Officer, is a retired United States Air Force Serviceman.  He served 20 years not only as a member of the Security Police Force, but as an instructor, training Air Force personnel in the handling of fire arms and the techniques of law enforcement.
